      AUDITING Services:

My auditing services are divided into specialized areas:

• Assurance Audit – involves the risk-based review and examination of the Company’s business and its financial statements in accordance with the Philippine Standards on Auditing and International Accounting Standards with the objective of expressing an opinion as to its fairness in accordance with the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.

• Internal Audit – involves the examination and investigation of the Company’s operations and/or financial components whereby the procedures done are for a specific purpose(s) relevant to mitigate certain risks and/or strengthen the Company’s internal controls structure.

• Specialized audits - involves the systematic investigation and evidence gathering regarding the Company’s specific management concerns but not limited to fraud cases, reconstruction and reconciliation of financial records. I also represent the Company in legal cases where my appearance is needed.

      MANAGEMENT ADVISORY Services:

My management advisory services deals with the wide range of corporate solutions for the client’s financial and/or operational needs from evaluation of the Company’s form of business and establishing and/or setting-up the Company’s accounting and controls system.  I also provide assistance and consultancy to management’s forecasts and budgets, evaluation on contracts and labor related activities and negotiations to name a few.

      TAX Services:

My tax services are responsive to the business needs that involve tax management, analysis and planning. My services also include but not limited to:

• Conducts tax compliance review and audit; and
• Assist in the preparation of tax compliance and resolution of tax cases;

      BOOKKEEPING AND RELATED Services:
My bookkeeping services ease the hassles of maintaining, recording and preparation of the company’s books and financials statements. I provide assistance in processing of business permits, incorporation papers and entity registration with the government regulatory agencies such as the Security and Exchange Commission, Department of Trade and Industry, Local or City Government concerns and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.     

 PAYROLL MANAGEMENT Services:
Payroll management services covers the facilitation of the Company’s needs in payroll preparation, assisting in the design of the payroll documents, computation of withholding taxes, SSS, PHIC and HDMF contributions and dealing with various government agencies related to filing, payments and other processing needs such as Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Company (PHIC) and Home Development and Mutual Fund (Pag-ibig).
